Ch Waheed Asghar Dogar son of Ch Asghar Ali Dogar was born upon March 4, 1958 at Chichawatni. He got the level of LL.B. in 1986 from Punjab University Law College, Lahore. A practicing attorney, who functioned as President Bar Association, Chichawatni during 1994; and as Nazim, Union Council No. 87 Sahiwal during 2001-02. He was elected as an Independent Member of Punjab Assembly during 2002-07 and also performed the duties of Assemblyary Secretary for Public Health Engineering. He has gone back to Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the 2nd term generally political elections 2013. He has seen Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, India and also Australia.
