Sardar Muhammad Nawaz Khan son of Mr Umer Bukhsh alias Qamer Din Khan was born on June 4, 1948 at Rahim Yar Khan. He graduated in 2007 from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. An agriculturist, who acted as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96 as well as operated as Assemblyary Secretary for Health throughout 1996. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the 2nd term in general elections 2013. He worked as Member, District Council Rahim Yar Khan throughout 1983-87; as Chairman, Union Council Zahir Pir for two terms during 1987-92; and also as Nazim, Union Council No. 75 Zahir Pir throughout 2005-08.
