He has been chosen as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a whole elections 2013 versus one of the seats scheduled for Non-Muslims and also is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Commerce & Investment. He remained Member of National Commission for Minorities throughout 2011-13; and also served as General Secretary, Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbhandak Committee throughout 2009-13; and as Chief Executive, Mojaz Foundation throughout 2008-13. He has a vast experience of Community Development. He has actually offered in RSPS; and also in World Bank funded programme specifically Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund.
