Mr Mumtaz Ahmad Qaisrani (Bhutto Khan) son of Mr. Faiz Muhammad Qaisrani was born on October 14, 1972 at Kot Qaisrani, Dera Ghazi Khan. He graduated from Balochistan University, Quetta. He worked as Nazim, Union Council, Kot Qaisrani during 2005-09. He has been chosen as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye-elections hung on 18 August, 2016 due to disqualification of Ms Shamona Badshah Qaisrani. His cousin, Sardar Meer Badshah Qaisrani worked as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for two terms throughout 2002-13 and also worked as Assemblyary Secretary for Industries, Commerce & Investment. His sister-in-law, Ms Shamona Badshah Qaisrani has actually acted as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab throughout 2013-14.
