An agriculturist and a business owner, who remained Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab throughout 2008-13 as well as acted as Member of various committees formed by Chief Minister Punjab. He has returned to Punjab Assembly for the second successive term in general elections 2013 and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Information Technology.
