He founded Quaid-e-Azam public school in the town of Zaida, Swabi District. The school rose to a prestigious institute quickly where he formed associations with the prominent figures of the area through the students in this institute being the principal and founder of that institute

Asad Qaiser was an active Worker: of Jamaat-e-Islami’s student wing,prior to joining of PTI.He joined PTI in 1996 and began his career in PTI as a worker for the party. He moved up the ranks over the years from union council president to district president of Swabi.He was initially appointed as the provincial President of PTI in 2008 till 2011 when the provincial leadership was dissolved by Owner: PTI Imran Khan prior to the Intra-Party elections.
In May,2013 general elections he was elected as legislator from PK-35 SWABI-V Official Constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
