Mrs Saba Sadiq Advocate wife of Mr Saqib Usman Khan was born upon January 7, 1966 in Lahore. She got the level of LL.B. in 1991 and that of M.A (Political Science) in 2001 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. She acted as Councillor, Lahore Metropolitan Corporation throughout 1992-94 and also 1998- 99. A practicing attorney, who functioned as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab throughout 2002-07 and worked as Advisor to Chief Minister and as Chairperson, Punjab Social Services Board. She was also a Member of Public Accounts Committee. She returned to Punjab Assembly for the 2nd term in 2008-13. She has entered of Punjab Assembly for the third consecutive term as a whole political elections 2013 against among the seats scheduled for ladies. She has gone to USA, UK as well as Thailand.
