Mr Muhammad Anis Qureshi son of Mr Muhammad Yasin was born on March 10, 1946 at Kasur. He obtained the degree of M.A (English) from Government College, Lahore in 1967; and afterwards acquired Master level in Development Administration in 1990 from Birmingham University, UK; and also graduated in Law in 2005 from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. He joined Civil Service and also served as Deputy Commissioner as well as DCO Khusab during 1992-93 and 2005 respectively; as Deputy Commissioner Narowal during 1999-2001; as DCO, Mandi Bahauddin during 2001-03; as DCO Muzaffargarh throughout 2004; as DCO Layyah during 2004-05; as well as retired in 2006 while functioning as Member Board of Revenue. He was also sent out for greater research studies by Government of Punjab on British Council Scholarship in 1989 for one year. He has visited UK, Canda, USA and Sauid Arabia. An ex-civil servant, that has actually been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab generally political elections 2013.
