Ch Gulzar Ahmad son of Ch Ghulam Ahmad was born on November 19, 1965 in Lahore. He graduated from University of the Punjab, Lahore in 1986. An entrepreneur, that continued to be Nazim, Union Council No. 124 Sultan K throughout 2005-10 and has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye-elections held on August 22, 2013 against the seat vacated by Mian Muhammad Shabaz Sharif who had actually been chosen from 3 constiutencies (PP- 159, PP-161 and PP-247). His father, acted as Chairman Union Council Sultan K throughout 1962-65 and his sibling, Mr Manzoor Ahmad was Councillor Union Council No. 124 Sultan K during 1985-88.
